man, that guy's GOOD :) my favourite MP :) :) :)
he was actually surrounded by alot alot alot of cameraman and reporters..
den darren jumped in front of them... stopped him..
and helped me squeeze thru to get the autograph :)

ok anywae, briefin in the mornin was horrible..
those shitheads talk to us like they're the boss and we're their slaves...
"you come bac here NOW!!!", "you better smile later !!!"
wah lao.. eat shit man..
here we are tryin to be nice and helpful.. and there they go treatin us like shit..
why cant they speak nicely to us huh? its just a briefin lor...

but its sad lah...
i think the dsa people dun really like us.. coz they know most people arent really interested in helpin..
yet they need us.. coz they dun have enuff manpower...
the other volunteers there were sec sch student helpin out for cip points..
you could see that they werent really very interested in helpin out...
all they wanted was to get out of the sun... get their hours/points and run off...
i even saw a couple runnin off to shop in taka halfwae thru the roadshow..
terrible terrible..
yar so i guess the dsa people must really hate volunteers..
coz volunteers never really volunteer for the sake of it..
they're alwaes there for the wrong reason.. UNLIKE ME :)
wah.. i'm just too nice and helpfully lah.. cant help it :)

ok so, our first task was to escort the invited guests and vips to the seatin area...
but there was so many of us.. that i dint have much to do..
so i went to the food booth to help out..
wah.. feel so cheated man..
you know i thot the money earned from the sales of food would go to the dsa..
but i was wrong.. it all went to the greedy shopkeeper..
at first she was quite pleased that i was helpin out..
later when xuel and weng came over to help... she was even happier
free labour wad :(
she made us carry tables.. pack her popcorns... wrap it up nicely...
and even made us walk around sellin it lor..
but yar.. after awhile.. we realised that we got expoited..
and so we left to help out at the mural thgie...

dsa was havin sum mural making thgie..
they wanted everyone to take part in the drawin/paintin.. den frame everythg up..
okae, so anywae, sum shithead told us to "help out" there..
coz there wasnt enuff people paintin.. so we were told to go there, help paint and make it look fun..
den when we were bout to start paintin..
the angmoh shithead in charge screamed at us !!
"what are you guys doin?? do you think we invite the media & vips here to watch you volunteers paint??"
wah lao.. bitch can?!!?
the other 2 groups of people beside us were oso voulnteers lah..
and yet she screamed at us and chased us awae only.. wtf ?
den i saw another shithead strugglin to stick sum stuffs down..
and when i asked her if she needed help..
she just snapped at me.. "NO!"

crazy lor.. these people are crazy..
they keep complainin that they lack manpower..
yet they reject help and treat volunteers like shit..
no wonder no one likes to help out anymore..
and those idiot food stall keepers..
they dun need help.. yet they keep makin use of us :(
argh.. sucks lor..

but anywae, the last part was good..
we had to take the kids to jump in those jumpy bouncy houses..
and those down syndrome kids were so damn cute and nice...
haii, so sad they got down syndrome :(
