HAPPY BIRTHDAE LONG BEAN CHONG :)

okae, anywae.. as i was saying..
there are many waes to disappoint ure mum on mothers' dae..
you can forget to get her presents...
you can forget to wish her "happy mothers' dae"
but the worst thing is to do.. is to ignore all her hard work..
and just treat her like shit.. on this very dae..
and thats wad my family did todae..

well.. this is wad happened..
i went to buy her durian strudle..
and when i got bac.. i wished her happy mothers' dae..
surprisingly, i was the first and only one that remembered to..
my mum's reply was "wah, u remembered ah.."
and den she thanked me for the durian strudle...
but said she never liked it..
haii, i dunno why but i alwaes thot she liked it..
i was so excited to give it to her actually..
now i'm feelin really bad bout it..
my sis even asked if i got it coz i like eatin it..

but thats not all...
my mum's entire dae was spent cleanin the house.. ALONE..
my sis was busy studyin.. so was i..
i'm down with flu and fever.. boohoo...
my dad was busy on the comp and my bro was out..
after that.. my mum wanted to go to people's park to see her tailor..
i followed.. and in the car..
during the whole conversation.. i could see that my mum was clearly disappointed..
not only no one helped her with the housework..
no one even cared bout her... for the entire dae...
to think we were taught to show appreciation for our mums on mothers' dae..
haii..

dinner time was the ultimate..
you know my family have compulsory family dinner on sundaes..
so as usual.. my mum prepared dinner..
she spent the entire afternoon cookin...
prepared special dishes todae coz todae was supposed to be a special dae...
and guess wad.. no one wanted to have dinner..
my dad was busy on the comp.. we had to call him down for dinner a million times..
my sis was busy readin her mag... even during dinner..
she just sat there, in front of her rice and just continue readin her mag.. dint even touch her food...
and my bro was busy celebrating mothers' dae with minyun's family..
so sad right?? no one appreciated her hard work..
i tried to eat as much as i can... but it was hopeless..
coz my mum was already feelin depressed at the situation...

to make things worst..
my dad joked to my sis that she havent wished my mum for that dae..
and my sis just said "happy mothers' dae" to my mum without even lookin up from her mag...
after that.. my mum told me in the kitchen that todae's the worst dae of all..
"its alright not to celebrate it for me.. but it feels like shit that you guys are behaving like that..
its the saddest dae of all.. worst den normal daes.."

but at least my bro came home with presents for her..
he got her a very cute thankyou card.. with his baby pics and stuffs
and minyun got her a bunch of flowers..
my dad's takin her out later.. i hope she cheers up...
we're such horrible children.. haii :(
