anywae, does anyone wanna buy $8 GV vouchers??
well, miss kerly-smartiepanties-chan went to order 10 pieces of $8 voucher..
and then just realised that she is so BROKE..
that she doesnt even have $80 to pay for the vouchers..

but its quite a good buy lah..
coz.. you can use the voucher on anydaes..
so.. be smart and use it on thurs nights, fri, sat and sundaes..
coz the ticket price is $9.50 (can save $1.50 per ticket)

and the best part is that the voucher can be used on those latest *movies..
as in.. not those that just JUST just come out ones.. but those more recent ones lah..
if you take a close look at the movie timing..
you can see * and ** movies..
** means movies that are just released (like todae/tomorrow!!) then cannot use voucher..
but the voucher can be used on *movies...
eg: if CHARlie and the chocolate factory comes out todae..
den cannot watch it todae and tomorrow..
but can use the vouchers for the movies on the 3rd/4th dae onwards..
so very good hor :)

but there's a catch lah..
the vouchers have a one-year expiry thingie..
so you have to use your vouchers within a year..

oh anywae, todae was a very PAINFUL dae..
coz i went to donate blood :)
blood donation is usually quite painless..
but todae ah.... HORRIBLE !!!

so todae, char and i was very excited.. its been 12 weeks since we last donated..
so we went to HSA to donate blood..
(its at outrum, everyone shud go k??)
so.. the filling up of the form was easy..
the doctor's checkup was fast..
the Hb count was not that painful..
but the actual blood donation was HORRIBLY PAINFUL !!!

thats coz todae..
some trainee pokpok nurse served us..
not very well-trained i must say..

first, she took out a syringe and some transparent liquid...
and said that its would numb my arm locally..
wah piang..
the wae she injected it into my arm was like doin a BCG bloodtest lah..
BLOODY PAINFUL can !!!
she injected the liquid into the area just below my skin.. such that it bubbled up like a blister..
and to worsten the pain, she then covered the blister with gauze..
and kept POKING and PRESSING it..
tryin to make the liquid diffuse into my arm more quickly or something..
PAIN LIKE HELL lah..
crazy woman..

then the next step was to poke the HUGE needle into my vein for blood..
this goondoo-summi ah.. couldnt find my veins suddenly..
(she found it before pokin me the first time & found its 3 times to make sure somemore)
den just anyhow poke here, poke there, with the needle beneath my skin..
SO DAMN PAINFUL !!!
she even poked it outta of the supposedly numb area..
and i JUMPED in pain..
terrible to the max lah..

by that time..
i was already so scared and hyperventilating..
an easy process made so difficult and PAINFUL by her..

den she suddenly started shoutin "nurse foo, nurse foo, HELP HELP HELP !!!"
wah seh.. scare me even further lah..
like something VERY VERY BAD happened.. scared me lor..
i was so scared that my whole body tensed up macham wood can?!!??
and i started sweatin like crazy..
eeeeekkk..
horrid experience..
that nurse ah... better improve by my next visit in oct !!


oh yes, oh yes, UPDATE ON MR CREAM aka ICE CREAM :)
very good, ice cream is in great shape after his engine transplant..
$604 gone... but very worth it.. coz he's in perfect running condition..

i oso changed his wheels... $80
changed his exhaust pipe.. $40
put in a horn.. PEEP PEEP
put in a HUGE side mirror.. $20
put a plastic road tax case
and now.. he looks as good as new :)
oh happy happy !!!

things yet to do..
fix a rack on him.. heard its $70
buy a nice RED tyre cover.. below $100 i hope..
loosen the clutch..
change the throttle rubber..
buy MATCHING HELMETS.. heehee :)
and maybe re-spray him.. but maybe not..

lalalalala..
so exciting..
i cant wait to put up pictures of ice cream..
but i'll wait till i've cleaned him up properly k..
