sadness upon sadness..
my vespa died on me last night..
actually it happened in the afternoon lah..
luckily it was within my estate..
so charmindy and i had to push it home..

so anywae, this was wad happened..
went to meet toon for lunch at st nicks..
coz it was FRIED FOOD WEDNESDAE (on the wanton stall side)
and she came over to my place to see mr cream after that..

yesh.. i've decided to call my vespa mr cream for now..
i'll try to think of a better name later..

so anywae, toon wanted to try riding my bike..
she took lessons at ssdc before.. so i obliged..
but no good :(
i guess toon wasnt too good at clutch control..
(plus its hand gear instead of the usual foot gear)
she released it wae too quick at times..
and forget to open enough throttle too..
the engine died a million times..
and finally, it just died !!!
so sad :(

but anywae, ahjoo just dropped by to pick mr cream up..
ahjoo's my mechanic..
he specialised in vespa restoration..
i hope he'll be able to save mr cream..
i think i'll have to either change the contact point to cdi..
or maybe change the entire engine to a px one..
dunno lah..
both waes.. i think its gonna be quite expensive..
coz my dad said.. on top of paying for ahjoo's engine and services..
i still have to pay gov taxes and stuffs for modifying my bike..
dunno lah..
sad sad sad :(

and my dad's really angry now..
dun dare to tell him that i let my fren ride it..
but anywae, it feels like i've be cheated..
the engine just died on me on the second dae after the transfer..
how unlucky..
i dun think its ahbee's fault..
actually i dunno..
do you think he cheated me??
well, i dun wanna push the blame now..
i guess i shudnt have let toon try mr cream out..
coz i wasnt too sure how strong the engine was in the first place..

but anywae, my budget's 1k..
so if i replace the engine.. which is $700..
i'll be left with $300.. for the re-sprayin and other accessories
wont be able to do much..
sian..
lets just hope everything turns out fine..

oh oh... i think althou my dad's upset over this..
he's secretly celebrating too..
he cant wait for me to get over my "i wann to ride a bike" phase..
but too bad..
i've only just started.. wont be giving up so soon..
so too bad..
plus i've insurance.. so why worry??
haha..

but i'm still sad over the death of mr cream :(
