stupid xuel kept scoldin us MEHMEH last week..
now its stuck in my head..
everywhere i go, everytime i wanna say something..
MEHMEH is the first time that pops out !!!

anywae, i had a rather BAD dae yest..
i got my bloody thing..
and it nearly drove me to crazy..
i had cramps ALL DAE !!!
it dint come and go.. as it usually does..
but BUGGED ME THE ENTIRE DAE..
i nearly died.. i was like crying in my bed..
so bloody painful..
boohoo.. :(

lucky.. char gave me pinkie panadols..
made me HOT and sweet milo.. heated up a hot pack for my tummy..
and put me to sleep.. she's really GOOD :)
and sleepin really helped me forget the pain..
very good..

anywae, here's some tips on how to overcome the pain of menstrul cramps..
this is done specially for jae who is experiencing some pain herself !!

first off, do the basic stuffs..
1. eat pinkie panadols..
2. drink HOT stuffs..
but no tea please.. its coolin.. makes the cramps worst !!!
3. put a hot pack or towel on ure womb to warm it..
4. go to sleep !!! with help of CHAR :)

and if the pain is still unbearable.. here's something that might help..
take your left hand.. see the area between your thumb and index finger??
well, pinch it really really hard !!
please take note, its not the skinny area between the thumb and the index finger..
but the meaty meaty flesh of your hand that you shud pinch..
feel the difference??

so here's the reason behind that..
accordin to my china fren that taught me this..
she said that there's a nerve that links from that area of the hand to our womb..
so if you pinch that area really hard..
wad you have done is to cut off signals to your womb..
so thats why you womb does not receive the painful signal..
and therefore, it doesnt hurt anymore...

but from wad i learnt from anatomy..
there's no nerve linking from your hand to womb..
or am i wrong?? ops?? argh... i dunno !!!
hahahaha..
but here's my own explanation..
when you pinch that meaty meaty fleshy area between your thumb and index finger..
its so painful that it distracts you from the actual pain from your womb !!
so yar.. thats why your womb doesnt feel that pain anymore..
so try it yeah..

okae, char also taught me something smart yest..
i shud have learnt it in physio thou..
but sleepin wasnt an important chapter so i dint read up on it at all..
hahaha..
anywae, she said before we fall asleep..
we usually experience Rapid Eye Movement, REM
you can see REM happening.. when you see a sleepin preson's eye move under his eyelids..
and also, you can feel it by takin that person pulse.. it shud be very very quick..

yupp, so to see if someone is in deep sleep already or has just fallen asleep..
dun wake him up.. check for REM !!
take a look at his eyes, beneath his eyelids.. and take his pulse..
yupp.. so have you learnt something new todae??

oh yes.. some cheap thrill i have to mention..
i cheated the auntie outta $3.20 todae!!!
heehee hahhaa.. i'm sucha cheapo..
but its not really my fault lah... its the gossipy aunties' fault..
i had ordered 2 bowl of beef bowls..
but becoz the aunties were busy gossiping...
they only charged me for one bowl..
so i happily took my charge and ran awae !!!
