mine is the 3M Littmann, Cardiology 3 model.. got it for $235...
really cheap, you know !!!

i heard, in UK, this model sells for 300pounds !!! so its like $900 for the exact same stethoscopy!!!
and coz its so expensive in UK..
only the pros, the cardiologist and senior consultants, use them !!
lallalala...
and here in singapore.. all the medical students and junior docs use it..

anywae, i also have a apir of branded tendon taper..
bought the Gowllands one..
coz i heard its supposed to be better..
more long-lasting.. better effect on the patient's knees??
yupp.. i'm a bit jealous..
the brandless looks quite good too..
it has a reflective surface on top..
so that you can see yourself when knockin ure patient's knee..

and a set of 3 tuning forks..
dun have any idea how to use it thou..
its supposed to test the skin's sensitivity to vibration..
