very nice and yellow..
char chose it for me !! and thats why i wore it for first dae of clinics :)

first dae of clinics was quite fun !!!
we had tutorial at 9am..
SCRUB-IN at 1030am..
and another tutorial at 430pm..

i came to school at 8am to study before my tutorial..
no choice, "browse" was sold out islandwide..
and i had to study coz apparently my prof will get mad if we dunno anything..
lesson turned out fine..
we even had hands-on on joo siang..
we were supposed to locate all the bones, muscles and organs in his neck..
we kept palpating.. until his entire neck was red !!!!

next, SCRUB-IN !!! it was very very fun !!!
we had to wear those ba-ju that the surgeons wear for surgery..
and we all looked damn funny !! dun we remind you of greys anatomy??

anywae, during scrubs..
we had to wash our hands like 3 times !!!
weng washed her hands with iodine !!!
and it make her hands yellow, like a jaundice patient !!!

and after washin our hands..
we had to put on the surgeon gown.. and gloves..
without dirtyin our hands.. and touchin the sterile parts of the gown..
looks and sounds easy.. but it was damn difficult !!!
all of us were strugglin to pull our gloves on !!!

and yar, my dae was fine until my 2nd tutorial !!!
that stupid doc was 30mins late for lesson..
and worst of all.. he made us stand throughout his 1hour-long lec !!!!
and i think he was quite mean to his patient..

see, he brought us to see this patient with acute pancreatitis..
she was a good example for teachin as we were doin upper GIT todae..
he greeted her.. but did not explain himself to her..
den asked us to gather around her.. amd started lecturing awae..

she wanted to sleep.. but couldnt coz we were all starin over her..
and the worst thing was.. his lecture did not concern her until the last 10mins..
so, she stayed up to watch us being lectured for 50mins !!!
so poor thing hor.. she was so bored that she even started stroking her teddy bear's head !!

standin up for a 1hour lec was a killer man !!!
cant you imagine..
stuffy wards + thick lab coat = hot, sweaty, irritated
late lecturer + soft voice = angry, cannot hear, dun understand, irritated
1hour of standing, tired legs + painful blisters = tired, wanna sit down, irritated

oh horrid !!
that guy shud have brought us to a seminar room for his 50mins lecture..
and den bring us to see the patients for hands-on after that wad !!
poor patient.. poor us :(

oh, wad a lovely dae !!!
hmm, its only 828am but i'm very happy !!!

thats coz my internet's back !!!
hohoho..

and i just made $8 !!!
yupp yupp..
i started a yahoo auction account last week..
put up alot of my old clothes, bags, etc..

and this morning, i met my lady buyer to sell her one of my old tee..
yupp, i woke up at 703am just to make that sale..
at first, i was damn scared that she's gonna reject the tee..
coz its was kinda too big for her son..

but she was absolutely nice and smiley face!!!
she paid me althou the tee was slightly too big for her son..
sayin that she must honour this deal as she had already promised to buy it..
she even convinced herself that it would fit her son when he grows bigger..
and she even apologised for making me wake up so early in the mornin to meet her...
oh, wad a nice lady..
she really made my dae :)

as compared to this dumb old man..
he wanted to buy my un-used shoei helmet..
so i met him at yio chu kang mrt..
he was late..
and after tryin the helmet.. he told me that my helmet was fake..
and that i was tryin to cheat him by passin it of as a real shoei one..
so irritating right??

see, he said he used to own a M size shoei helmet..
but when he tried my helmet, he said it was too small for him..
den i told him that when i bought it..
the lady shopkeeper explained that the helmet would expand after repeated wear..
(coz i also thot it was a bit too tight on my head when i bought it)
plus, we shud wear a slight tight helmet so ensure that it stays on our head during a collision..
you wont want a helmet to fly off !!

and i even explained that its tight now..
coz i had never wear it before except once..
when i wore it to ride out to buy my half caps..
so if he wear it daily.. it would expand over time..

at first he listened and agreed with me..
"yar, it was like that for my old helmet.."
"see this side cushion? it will flatten out after awhile.. den will be less tight"
but den he suddenly turn around and said i was makin up stories..
so to convince him to buy this fake helmet..

den he added that if my helmet was real..
den where's the helmet bag??
i explained that i dropped it while ridin..
and he dint believe..
den he asked.. why are there scratches at the bottom of the helmet..
(the rest of the helmet is scratch-less)
i explained that coz i lost the bag, so i just keep it as it is, in my storeroom..
the bottom prolly got scratched by the other things i keep in my storeroom..
and he dint believe either..
"i think you wore this more than once"

pls lah.. if i wore this more than once, i'll admit..
plus, if i did wear it so many times..
how come my visor's so clean and scratch-less??
and the rest of the helmet is so nice too???
its impossible lor..

den he tried to bargin with me..
the original price of the helmet was $50 odd..
i wanted to sell it at an attractive price.. $45 (at a loss)
coz i dun use it..
and it would be a waste of money to let it sit around in my storeroom and collect dust..
he asked for $30..
i told him that if he was really interested..
i would sell it to him at $40..
den i think he decided it was too ex.. and started to criticise the helmet..

wad a fucker..
i mean, why shud i pass off a fake helmet as real???
and even if i was tryin to do that..
he shud be able to tell that it was fake by lookin at the pics i posted online..
and not meet up with me.. and then tell me off..
crazy man, if you dint wann to get it..
den just say so.. you dint have to criticise me just to get outta deal..
stupid shit !!!

oh, by the wae..
did i mention how cute my bunnies are??
hohohoh..
oh yes, they are !!

its been a week since my home internet crashed..
but at least we found out wad's wrong..
yuan lai, the telephone is problematic..
so ryan, you can stop worrying now !!

ryan's damn cute lah..
weng, ryan, mimi came over last week to play mahjong..
den ryan saw my dad trying to fix the comp and internet..
so he went to help out..
turns out, my home internet connection is very much similar to his..
so ryan made it his duty to fix the connection..
he tested the USB connection, the modem and router..
but couldnt find the problem..
we even changed the microfilter..
but to no avail..

yar, he was quite upset that he couldnt fix the problem..
he was all silent during the entire mahjong game..
at first we thot he was thinkin hard, to win the game..
but yuan lai he was brainstormin on all the possible causes of the problem..
and everytime we took a toilet break..
ryan would run up to my room and try fixing my comp !!

anywae, no worries bout the connection..
singtel is sendin some guys to fix the problem..
so in the meanwhile..
i'll just hang out more at char's home..
so that i can visit the sick bunlops..
and use her home internet..
heehee.. hohohoho !!

my bunnies are sick !!!
no wonder they've been so moody lately..
they either have a fur-mite infection..
or maybe a parasite infection..

brought them to see a vet..
both my bunnies got an anti-parasite injection..
ouch !!
but it dint seem to hurt much..
the buns were still and good.. even when the lady vet poked the needle into them..

i dint know taking care of bunnies were so expensive..
these jabs alone coz me $75 at the vet..
and they still have 2 more doses each to go !!!
ouch !!
i thot everyone said it was easy and cheap to care for buns..

anywae, i hope my buns get well soon..
it sucks to see them so moody and sad all dae..
they dun binky anymore..
they dun even hop around much..
all they do is sit around and stone..
and maybe sometimes scratch their itch and groom themselves..

oh, but those naughty moody buns managed to make char angry!!
know wad they did??
they chewed off her entire nokia charger into segments of wire !!!
char was really mad when she found out..
coz her nokia charger is really pretty...
its not like those ugly grey/black chargers we have...
hers is a nice travel-size charger.. squarish shaped..
it even has a rubber flap which allows you to roll up the wires and tuck them neatly under the flap..
yupp..
so anyone have a simliar charger top for sale??

hmm, i wanted to blog bout my fab buys at jusco..
but too bad, i deleted all my pics accidentally..

so anywae, i'll just blog bout my buy at salvation army.. salvation army is okae lah..
the things there are really cheap..
but its really retro man.. all those outta fashion clothes..
those huge specs.. ugly watches.. really old furnitures and toys..
they even have those old song records.. and wedding gowns..
but their sunglasses collection is pretty cool..
hah, but those sunglasses are not cheap man !!

for anyone who's interested..
the salvation army is located on upper bukit timah road..
if you're coming from king albert's macs..
it will be on your right.. and it is before the diary farm..
if you're coming from johor.. or chestnut drive..
den the buildin will be on the same side of the road..
and is found after the diary farm..

oh yar, i heard there's one at upper serangoon..
and one more at hougang, imh..

kermin and i tried to take photos in the thrift shop.. but got scolded by the aunty there..

and after shoppin all afternoon.. i brought myself strawberries !!!

vern, rem the strawberry container we got you for your bdae??
yeah, i got 6 of them !!
hohohoh.. but i dint pay $15 for each of them.. i paid $8 for the entire set !!!
wahhahahha..

this strawberry thingie is supposed to be a tray..
you know, those you have during chinese new year..
those turnable trays with sweets, chocolates and nuts in them..

i think that idiotic vintage shop found this tray set too..
and decided to sell their strawberries individually at $15 per piece..
darn !! that makes a total profit of $82 !!!

todae, we drove into malaysia to visit my dad's old folk's home!!!
yupp yupp.. its finally done !!
it called springvalley home care..

its in malaysia.. near some hospital.. and near kota tinggi... which is near jusco shopping centre!!!
hohohoh.. shopping !!!
yar, we went shoppin before visitin him..
but i shall talk bout it later !!

anywae, its the biggest old folk's home in malaysia..
its can accomodate bout 200 residents !! cool eh..
and it has a lot of medical equipment there..
even have rehabilitation facilities..
hohho.. next time i can come over and practise on his old folks..

here's us.. kermin, char and i.. we drove into malaysia on our own..
we were supposed to follow my parents in..
but we overslept.. so they left first..
and we had to drive in on our own..

anywae, my dad was very pleased that i came to visit him..
i'm the only one in the family that havent seen his home..
thats coz poor me had to study mah..

yupp.. so there's the bed and tables.. its quite cool.. every bed has the same button thingie as hospitals..
just put/press the button den some light and buzzer will alert the nurse..
and the toilets are very big !!
good for wheelchair bound old folks..

see, there's this chair looking thing !! and its actually a shit hole !! hahaha !!

and the home has a lift in it... its only 3 storeys tall..
but the lift is important for transporting wheelchair bound patients up and down..

we went up to the roof garden to take a look at the little plantation next to my dad's home..
the roof garden is kinda bare now..
coz my dad havent gotten the potted plants in yet.. kinda reminds me of st nicks !!
i miss st nicks..
anywae, some guy next door is plannin to grow banana and papayas..
and when it ripens, he's gonna sell them to my dad..

kermin brought us to see the lift generator and water tank.. look at the lift generator !! cool man !! and the water tank.. its BIG BIG BIG !!!

and next stop was the kitchen and the rehabilitation room.. hohhooh.. we took a lot of videos on those fun equipment..
but too bad, i'm too lazy to upload it..
hahahhaa..

oh my god..
my dad is really driving me mad !!

rem when mr march broke down..
i couldnt find my spare battery and jump-start wires.. coz someone took it out..
yupp... it was my dad !!
damn weird lor..

coz it was him who taught me how to jump-start a car when its down..
it was him who taught me how to check the battery, add battery fluids if the car was dead..
he was the one who taught me how to change the battery in case it died..
he was even the one who told me to keep those stuffs in my car.. just in case of emergency..
and yet.. he took it out?!!?

and todae also !!!
i stayed over at char's place last night..
so anywae, this morning he wanted to exchange car with me..
so that he could drive it in and top up the petrol in malaysia..
yupp, so he drove his matrix to her place.. left it there..
and den drove off in mr march..

when i woke up..
i realised that i dint have his matrix's key..
i only brought mr march's keys..
so i had to take a cab home so find my keys..
i searched the whole house for my keys..
but couldnt find it..
it was missing from the table i left it at..

den i called my dad for help..
and he admitted he stole my keys..
why??
coz i used his set of march keys last night..
so he thot that my set of mr march keys would be with my bunch of other car keys..
and so he decided to take it with him..

but the funny thing was..
he went thru my keys.. and couldnt find the march keys..
i lost it coz someone in my family stole it..
thats why i had to use his set..
but anywae.. he still decided to take my bunch of keys, including the matrix one, into malaysia..

so idiotic right? argh..
and i dunno whether he did it coz he wasnt thinkin at that time..
or did it just to frustrate me..
coz he sounded so idiotic over the phone !!!

so now, we have a car parked right outside char's house..
and no one can drive it coz my dad's in malaysia with my car keys..
argh !!

oh mama..
oh look at wad i've done !!!

i opened the exam papers..
flipped right to the end to see the essay question..

oh yeah..
i'm so gonna pass my exams..
staphylococci, influenza and malaria..
all i know..
yeah.. i'm so gonna pass my exams !!

den i read thru the sub-questions..
hmm, do-able, do-able, do-able..
yes, i know the answers for most..
oh, very good!!

but no.. i managed to screw up my paper again !!!
i did okae for the mcq part.. 200 true/false..
lovely, i managed to finish it in 1hour15mins..
was pretty pleased with myself..
but when i looked around..
everyone had long started with their essays..
argh..

so i started with staphylococci first..
coz i know it damn well..
i actually spotted for streptococci lah..
but staphylococci is not too far off..

so i was writing and writing and writing..
and before i knew it.. its was 1115am already !!
oh no..
i'm doin my essays too slowly again !!
again, again, again..
i'm alwaes damn slow at essays !!!
argh..

den i hurried to influenza..
and due to the rushin.. my mind got mixed up!!!
between haemophilus influenza and influenza virus !!!
managed to regain my thots..
but i forgot all bout my vaccines and drugs !!!
oh mama...

and malaria was the worst !!!
rushed thru the first part of the question..
coz there was bout 20mins left..

den i wrote 2pages worth of clinical features on dengue !!!
nope, i wasnt confused between the symptoms of dengue and malaria..
its just.. somehow.. i was just so convinced that i was supposed to write bout dengue..

so i wrote and wrote and wrote..
bout the classical symptoms of dengue..
den bout complications like dengue haemorrhagic fever..
and dengue shock syndrome..
i even wrote a paragraph on dengue treatment and management !!!

and i only realised my mistake..
when i attempted the 3rd part of the question..
how is MALARIA transmitted??
and i was like WAD THE FUCK???
had to flipped back to the previous page and crossed out all my dengue answer!!!

and coz there was 5 mins left..
i did the 3rd part in super speed..
only to have mark taylor go..
"time's up, please put your pens down..
anyone caught writing will be deemed as cheating.."

but anywae.. in that 2 lines
i somehow managed to squeeze in some answers for part2..
"malaria causes thrombocytopenia.. and an increase in haematocrit..
malaria may cause cerebral malaria.."

oh.. sadness..
i hope they give me tokens marks !!!

come to think of it..
why did i think of dengue..
i did the first part correctly wad..
i talked bout how to diagnosis and differentiated between the different species of malaria..

oh no..
i think i'm mad :(

oh man..
i so dead.. so so dead :(
i so need to get full marks for my other essays..
coz i really do suck at mcq...

i'm back in hall tonight..
and now, i'm itching all over..
my bugs miss me !!

anywae, the mechanic says there's some problems with mr march's fuel injection..

oh my god !!!
todae is a fuckin bad day man !!!

first, i get my bloody fuckin period..
and having cramps all dae doesnt make things better..
this bloody shit is making me really angry !!!

then, the crazy rabbits decided to pist me off..
by shiting and pee-ing all over their cage..
they are supposed to be toilet trained..
they will usually go to their litter box to shit/pee
but this morning.. i had a big fat shock!!!
they shited and peed everywhere..
even on the toys i gave them..
and they even messed up the food bowl by burrowing in it..

now, they're even worst!!!
they peed in the middle of my house !!!
lucky judith saw it and helped me clean up..

and mr march have died on me !!
fucking irritating..
he was fine when i went to pick char and kermin up for lunch..
den after a while.. he started goin crazy..
at first.. he felt funny..
thou i was accelerating..
i felt as if i was driving with my handbrake up or something..

den he turned into an igallop..
even at gear 3.. he would bounce along..
you know, like how a learner driver moves off.. all jerky and stuffs..
yar, he was like that..
and holding him and half clutch was nearly impossible !!!

and den he just started stalling for no reasons..
at first, he would stall at traffic lights..
so i did look like those learner drivers who kept stalling when moving off..
and den he got worst and stalled right in the middle of the road..

and it dint help that cte had a great big jam..
and i had to kept alternating between gear 1 and 2..
so basically, my car was galloping all along cte.. until i exited at ave 1..

and the bloody slow shit in front of me..
some asshole..
dunno wad's his problem, but he decided to play mister gentleman..
and let ALL the cars on the left cut into our lane..
you know, at first my lane was moving along fine..
but this fucker decided to give wae to everyone...
in the end, we were stuck along the same stretch for like 10 mins??
argh..
i finally got so pist.. changed into the right lane and den cut in front of him..
but it dint help much coz the traffic was still stagnant..

and right after lunch.. mr march really decided to die on me for real..
was moving off at the traffic lights..
was at gear 3 and accelerating..
suddenly the car just died..
really, it just did !!!
it just died on me right in the middle of the road..
lucky i was still rolling.. so i just switched to neutral gear
and rolled my wae to the side of the road..

den i called my dad.. he's in malaysia..
my bro's at work.. so no one to help me..
wanted to take out the triangle and extra car battery..
and some smart fuck took them out of my car..
so fucking shit.. i was stranded !!!

so in the end, i called the car mechanic who sendin a tow truck down..
to have mr march towed to his place..
and coz i was swearing like hell..
all angry, crampy, and sweaty under the hot sun..
char and kermin decided to send me home first..
while they wait for the tow truck to come tow mr march awae..

haii.. todae sucks !!
and i still got parasite and fungus to study..
and lots of virus and bacteria to revise..
man, todae sucks :(

now, i not only have to worry bout gettin parasites and fungus in..
i've been readin it over and over again..
but i just cant seem to get anything in.. argh..
i also have to worry bout staining..
plus endure those painful cramps !!

oh, i hate gettin my menses..
coz i get cramps every single time !!

anywae, i'm having doubts bout my bunnies' gender again..
thats coz i caught graham humping tissue yest !!!
i took video of it.. but shall not upload it coz i'm lazy..

anyone know, does female rabbits hump male rabbits too??
