oh look at wad i've done !!!

i opened the exam papers..
flipped right to the end to see the essay question..

oh yeah..
i'm so gonna pass my exams..
staphylococci, influenza and malaria..
all i know..
yeah.. i'm so gonna pass my exams !!

den i read thru the sub-questions..
hmm, do-able, do-able, do-able..
yes, i know the answers for most..
oh, very good!!

but no.. i managed to screw up my paper again !!!
i did okae for the mcq part.. 200 true/false..
lovely, i managed to finish it in 1hour15mins..
was pretty pleased with myself..
but when i looked around..
everyone had long started with their essays..
argh..

so i started with staphylococci first..
coz i know it damn well..
i actually spotted for streptococci lah..
but staphylococci is not too far off..

so i was writing and writing and writing..
and before i knew it.. its was 1115am already !!
oh no..
i'm doin my essays too slowly again !!
again, again, again..
i'm alwaes damn slow at essays !!!
argh..

den i hurried to influenza..
and due to the rushin.. my mind got mixed up!!!
between haemophilus influenza and influenza virus !!!
managed to regain my thots..
but i forgot all bout my vaccines and drugs !!!
oh mama...

and malaria was the worst !!!
rushed thru the first part of the question..
coz there was bout 20mins left..

den i wrote 2pages worth of clinical features on dengue !!!
nope, i wasnt confused between the symptoms of dengue and malaria..
its just.. somehow.. i was just so convinced that i was supposed to write bout dengue..

so i wrote and wrote and wrote..
bout the classical symptoms of dengue..
den bout complications like dengue haemorrhagic fever..
and dengue shock syndrome..
i even wrote a paragraph on dengue treatment and management !!!

and i only realised my mistake..
when i attempted the 3rd part of the question..
how is MALARIA transmitted??
and i was like WAD THE FUCK???
had to flipped back to the previous page and crossed out all my dengue answer!!!

and coz there was 5 mins left..
i did the 3rd part in super speed..
only to have mark taylor go..
"time's up, please put your pens down..
anyone caught writing will be deemed as cheating.."

but anywae.. in that 2 lines
i somehow managed to squeeze in some answers for part2..
"malaria causes thrombocytopenia.. and an increase in haematocrit..
malaria may cause cerebral malaria.."

oh.. sadness..
i hope they give me tokens marks !!!

come to think of it..
why did i think of dengue..
i did the first part correctly wad..
i talked bout how to diagnosis and differentiated between the different species of malaria..

oh no..
i think i'm mad :(

oh man..
i so dead.. so so dead :(
i so need to get full marks for my other essays..
coz i really do suck at mcq...
