i had lovely dreams last night, and last last night..
and ironically..
the first song i heard this morning was..
don't dream, its over !!

yupp, thats my reason for skipping school yest and todae !!
plus last night, i reached home at 1203am after training..
so late hor..
yar, thats why cannot wake up in time mah..

i think entry is gonna be all bout badminton..

and bout my favourite coach, lai jiao lian/coach lai :)

as usual, i must say..
i really love trainin with the aug team !!
hohohoh..
coz i can see/feel myself improving !!
and that feeling rocks man :)

and guess wad lai jiao lian said last night?!?
she said that we all definitely improved after 1month of trainin !!
not that we've becomed better badminton players..
but at least we got back some fitness, strength.. etc
still long wae more to go, to improve back to peak performance standard thou..

but coz we improved, she was pleased..
and she decided to treat us to supper !!
hohohohoh..

supper was lovely to the max !!
we had OX fish for supper.. with yummay cereal prawns :)
3 big big chilli crabs, my favourite salad you-tiao plus many many more !!
and this reminded me of the perth indian rim aug trip !!
where she treated us to aussie$500 worth of seafood..
just coz i pointed to a big crab and said YUMMAY !!

you know, lai jiao lai is such a cute shit..
if you dint know her.. you'll prolly think she's a student like us !!

and outside the comp hall.. look, the weather so lovely.. so cutesie lai jiao lian decided to take many many shots !! damn cute right??

oh, i really love lai jiao lian..
she really one of the bestesty best coach i've been under :)
