i wanted to complain bout my lousy call todae.
but after having yummay dinner with dehan and weng.
i'm really happy.
so must blog happily :)

we went to bishan street 22, kopitiam to eat KE AI chicken !!
hohohoohh.
i went there yest with darren, et and toe !!
and guess wad??
we ate the exact same thing !!!

oh i love fried oysters so !!
plus bbq chicken, deep fried chicken !!
yummay yum yum :)

and guess wad i bought ??
i bought four cutesie looking rabbits !!

kerly : hmm, where shud i put my cutesie rabbits??
dehan : in your car??
kerly : oh yes !! i shall put it in my car !!
dehan & weng : yes !!! and remove those scary-looking babies !!!
kerly : oh sadness. fine, i'll put the rabbits in my car, but in the glove compartment !!
dehan & weng : YOU ARE MAD !

and talking bout bunnies !!
i'm bringin my bucks to the vet to get NEUTERED !!!
raisin, muffin, cookie and tummy !!!
hohohoh.. all 4 of them !!!
so eggciting.

oh update on my horrid finger !!
so scary-looking hor? its very painful, esp when i bathe :(

so anywae,
todae's ambulance run was really lousy :(
stayed for 9hours and only saw 2cases.
there was 3 ambulance on call todae.
so we had to take alternate calls.
the paramedics were super happy with the arrangement.

the first case was a 5cm scalp laceration.
a 67year old cleaner was cleaning the windows.
suddenly, her plastic stool slipped forward,
and she ended up falling back and hitting her head at the corner of a table !
ouch !!
Glasgow Coma Scale of 15, so not too bad lah !

and the second case was an angina case.
i'm too tired to figure if its unstable angina or prinzmetal angina.
but anywae,
the patient's a 66year old retiree who was watching in his living room,
when suddenly he suffer central chest pain with all the typical angina symptom.
he took GTN immediately, the pain got better.
he quickly went to see his GP and was given a nitrate patch.
we did his ECG on the ambulance, all normal.
oh yar, this was this 2nd time.
the first time occurred 11years ago, exactly the same symptoms
he was diagnosed with IHD and given GTN in case of future attacks.
so what does he have? prinzmetal angina right?
argh. i dunno. i cant think anymore.

oh horrid.
i cant think no more !!!
i wanna sleep !!
