todae is a happy dae for me.
so i am very happy.
and nothing shall get me down !

ok, i better continue bloggin bout my vietnam trip.
if not, i'll forget !
i shall blog bout the most eggciting and fun parts of the trip !!

one of the highlights of the trip was the traditional vietnamese massage.
actually, everyone in vietnam calls it the DIRTY MASSAGE !!
its called the DIRTY MASSAGE becoz they dun really offer massage massage..
they provide SPECIAL SERVICE.. only for guys.

first, you must strip down to nothing !!!
den the girls will start off massaging like a normal massage,
do some hands and shoulder massage..
den they'll slowly move down and down and down down down..
and start massaging and rubbing near the groin area..
yucks !!
like the medial thigh upwards, etc..

den they'll ask..
sir, do you wann special service??
if you say yes, den very good, you get special massage..
but must pay more more more money lah.
but if you reject them, den your massage ends here.
and they'll slap your butt with a hanger and demand for tips !

no wonder all the massage parlon charge only between sin$3-5, for an hour of massage !!
cheater bugs :(

but lucky for us, girls..

we managed to find a place that does real massage. so very good :)

another highlight of the trip, was the visit to the snake farm !! and also, we managed to eat a 10-course snake meal !!
yummay !!!

the scary-looking host told us bout his missing finger ! he chopped it off when he got biten by a snake..
coz he dint wanna get poisoned by the same breed of snake that killed his dad !

anywae,
before dinner was a killing snaking performance by the host !!
first, he pressed the snake's fangs onto the ground,
squeezing out the venom and den he plucked out the snake's tooth !!
next, he slited the snake's neck to find the artery..
and den he squeezed the blood into a glass of alcohol.
den he slited down the snake's belly to find the gallbladder.
he cut the gallbladder out and squeezed the bile into another glass of alcohol.

and finally, to kill the snake. first, slam it against the ground many many times until it gets dizzy.
den, splash hot boiling water to scald it to death.
and apparently, it softens the scales for easy removal too.
lastly, remove scales and chop up snake for meat !!

next, herbal snake alcohol, also very good for MEN.
and last one, snake bile + alcohol. good for general health or something.
all 3 are very yucky tasting indeed :(

next, 9 dishes of snake meat, cooked in many ways.
there was cripsy snake skin, very tasty, very cripsy, good beer snack !
snake meat spring roll, one of the yummiest !!!

not-bad tasting rice + strips of snake meat,
and yuckiness upon yuckiness, snake meat + powdery porridge :(

heehee.
but overall, snake eating was a rather good experience !!

next, fun time at the really cheap hotel k-box.

they charged sin$1.20 per person for unlimited singing time.
and unlimited amount of food, snacks and drinks !!
madness indeed !!

and, my only-for-this-vietnam-trip boyfriend sang me a love song.

and last but not least,
our eggicting trip to the local, roadside hair salon !!
i was tempted to visit a salon coz there was many many along the road.
i managed to convince the fun gang to go with me..
and everyone of us, ended up doing something to our hair !!

i washed and straighten my hair for sin$4.
renxiang washed and dyed his whole head for sin$10.
tongdee washed and highlighted his whole head for sin$5.
the twins washed, cut and permed their hair for sin$11 !!
yay !! we love our new hair :)
