this morning, i went for my domicillary home visit,
we saw the largest, scariest, and ugliest cancerous lump ever.
the patient was diagnosed with maxillary sinus carcinoma 3years ago.
the oncologist advised that he shud excise the entire lesion,
but it meant he would lose his sight on the right, as his right eyeball had to go too.
he freaked out and rejected surgery immediately.

3year later, his carcinoma had grown into a size of a mandarin orange,
can you imagine?
a mandarin orange size lesion resting on your cheeks !?!

the lesion was so freaking large,
the fleshy tumour grew over his eyeball, making his blind on the right.
his eyelids were flipped out and red, and there were no eyeball in sight, only fleshy cancer.
he still has his eyeballs, but it cant be used,
coz its buried beneath all those bleedy fleshy cancerous nodules.

the surface of his lesion was red, painful and nodular,
it was ulcerating with pus and bleeding from multiple raw spots.
the nurse tried to remove the gauze dressing but some part of it adhered to his flesh,
so she had to flush it with saline before pullin the dressing out, ouch !
man, seeing her change his dressing was as scary as hell.

before we left, i took a peek at the patient's family portrait,
it looked recent, bout 5years ago,
he looked like a happy belly nice middle-age man there,
and now, he looks awful.
he lost damn alot of weight, look damn haggard and sick.
plus his face, without the dressing, looked like a halloween mask !

wah, its really so scary wad a disease can do to someone.

and after tutorial, i zoomed down to junction8 to buy them !!
oh, they are as cute as can be !!
here's the yellow-eared, coconut favoured bunnie. its a boy bunny.

and here's the red-eared, strawberry favoured bunnie. look, she even put on lipsticks.
so cute, reminds me of tissue and graham.
tissue is the white bunnie and graham is the brown one !

and talking bout bunlops,
my brother did a horrid thing to cookie last night !
he cut a hole in cookie's fur !!!
when ruishan told me bout it, i thot she was cracking an april's fool joke,
until i saw that my poor bunlop really had a hole in his fur. poor cookie boy :(
