i signed up for the monthly deal.
so i've to go at least 4times aweek to make my money's worth !

i'm so gonna be a healthy girl.

this week i start badminton training, every mondae and thursdae.
plus i intend to go to the gym at least 4times aweek !!
wow-ness upon wow-ness !!
that means i'll be exercising like 6times aweek !!
hahahha.

i hope i can achieve perfect weight by end of this year.
yes yes, i shall achieve part I and III of my motto by the end of this year -
to be sporty, to be smart, and to be slim !
