i must declare that 2007 is officially the worst traffic year for me !

its started in january when a drunk driver dashed into my path,
and then lied bout the whole accident, that i dashed the red light and hit him.
but lucky for me,
i was managed to get 2 independent witnesses who testified against him.
in the end, he got charged with inconsiderate driving, fined and got some demerit points.

thou i dint get severely injuried, only an ugly abrasion to remind me of that horrid accident,
the memory of being cross-examined, and having the traffic police question my integrity,
was a really scary experience.
by the wae, we're still in the process of suing him.
fuck all these legal processes which takes so long :(

yesterdae, i was hit by a stupid van !
i wasnt injured and mr cream was fine,
but it was a bad experience too.

i was on the "can either go straight or turn left" lane,
the stupid van was on the outer "can only go straight" lane.
he sped up beside me and tried to make a left turn in front of me.
i quickly jammed the brake, he did too when he realised that i wasnt turning.
he hit me, but luckily, the metal bar at the side of mr cream absorbed the impact.
so no harm but super alot of shock and stress.

this was our conversation,
kerly: excuse me, why did you try to make a left turn from your lane? its not right.
stupid uncle: but everyone on your lane usually make the left turn, so why dint you?
stupid uncle: plus i've been driving on this road everydae, and i do this all the time.
stupid uncle: nothing like this have ever happened.
kerly: my lane is an "either go straight or make a left turn", i could choose to go straight.
stupid uncle: den you shud have signalled your intention more clearly.
kerly: what the fuck?
kerly: if i was turning, i could signal left, but how am i supposed to signal that i'm going straight?
stupid uncle: ok, so are you injuried?
kerly: no, but my bike is damaged. the metal bar is dented, i need to get a new one.
stupid uncle: no, i dont see any damaged.
stupid uncle: anywae, count yourself lucky, i could have killed you if i was going faster.
that man is a bloody fucker.

i dint get hurt or anything, but it just got me thinking..
no matter how safe i ride,
if some crazy/inconsiderate/drunk driver comes and bang me over, i'll be dead.
just like that.
haii.
i dun wanna die, but i dun wanna give up riding too :(

and todae, i lost my watch while riding to NUH.
it was still there on my wrist at the thomson traffic lights,
but when i stopped to top up my petrol at queenswae, it was gone.
it probably unbuckled during the ride and fell onto the road.
so sad, it was only 2weeks old.
sian.

we had a fun bbq cum mahjong session last night !
thats becoz i played mahjong with my funny st nicks pals :)
i realised that i've known my st nicks pals for over 10years already !
thats really long !
and i must say, they know me really well !

"ring ring, ring ring, ring ring !"
kerly checks phone, sees a strange number and refuses to answer it.
next moment, i receive a msg on my phone.
"answer your phone lah, its me ! laurene here !"
hahahaha.
she's so smart, she knows i never answer unknown calls.

anywae, i realised that ever since i came back from hongkong,
i've been playing mahjong on every fridae and saturdae, sometimes on weekdaes too !
oh this is madness !

todae,i went out with char to run bunnie errands.
we went to get more food for the greedy bunnies,
and also, we finally bought fences to fence up her garden !
and we went shopping too !

oh thankyou rongs, laurene and mellow for the 2lovely belts.

hmm, they dint buy it for me but the mahjong winning from them contributed.
heehee.

and something funny at char's house.
as there was no dinner at home, i went to char's place for dinner !
her maid dint have enough fork and knives for the chicken chop,
so she gave me a mimi chopper for my chicken chop !

so funny !

by the wae, i was the one who bought char the chopper.

it was supposed to be used to chop up the carrots and guavas for the bunnies.
hee.

ok, i'm going off to play Burger Rush now !

yes indeed, it is very addictive !

kerly has decided that a healthy heart = happy heart.
and so, i've decided to go back to the gym !
thats becoz to have a healthy heart,
one should exercise for at least 30mins, 4times a week !
oh healthy heart, here i come !

anywae, wengo asked me to join a 10km run !
its the great eastern, cervical cancer awareness fun run !
there's a participation fee of $35, but you get a nice adidas tee plus goodie bag !
too bad i refuse to pay money to run.
and also, like wad jianhong said,
"not aware of cervical cancer will get it, aware also will get.. so wad's the point ?"
hahahaha.
ok, let kerly the COFM queen-wannabe tell you this,
cervical cancer awareness = early detection = better chance of cure !
so everybody go sign up for the great eastern cervical cancer fun run ok?

hohohooh.
i shall go cut and marinate chicken for my bbq !

todae, school ended early !
and so kerly, kermin and mellow decided to go back to st nicks for lunch !
as mellow was late and the hungry sisters couldnt help it,
so we ate from the blue bowl stall first !

i ate my favourite curry youtiao, and kermin ate something else.
you know, i used to eat curry youtiao everydae for recess and lunch in sec 3&4 !
hee.

after mellow arrive, kerly accompanied her to the orange bowl stall ! todae, i found out that the orange bowl uncle is called Uncle Choy.
some students even call him Choyster !damn cool lah !

and look at our yummy food !mellow ate mian gan and i drank yummay fishball&bakcho soup !

and becoz i thot the ice tea in st nicks is not as sweet as before,
i went out to buy bubble tea !
yums, honey milk tea plus pearls.
my favourite !!and becoz i forgot to take straw, we had to eat the pearls with spoon !

and after 2 main dishes, its time to eat dessert !
kermin order her favourite honeydew sago plus 40cents wanton,
and i order 60cent wanton and $2worth of braised chicken.hohohooh.
i'm such a greedy gorilla !

after lunch, mellow was inspired by kermin to dye her hair.
and so, we came home to dye her hair.
first, wash with shampoo den sit in backyard to dye hair !
oh, horrid mellow tried to dye cookie's hair with her extra dye.
and while waiting for her hair to be ready,
we played 2people mahjong, as inspired by lenith.

and when time was up, mellow washed her hair, dried her hair, and then combed it,
and wah, her hair colour is the same as before !
hohohohoho !!!

yay, we are photowhores !
oh yar, i was supposed to send mellow to the mrt station, den we bumped into rongs,
and so the 3gamblers decided to play mahjong all night !
heehee.
wad a fun dae todae indeed :)

this is little mister Ng Chickpea, Huang JiDou.

he is the newest addition to char's Huang Bunnies Collection.
he was adopted from the Tamarind Garden Playground.
char's neighbours have this horrid habit of abandoning their pets in the playground.

Chickpea is called Chickpea coz he has a chickpea-looking patch of brown fur on his back.

its not clear on this picture, but its really quite obvious when you see him live !

anywae, i think Chickpea is rather cute becoz he looks like a ball of cotton !
especially when he runs, his fluffy hair will bounce in the air in a very cutesie fashion !
too bad, he has yet to integrate into the Huang Bunnies Clan.
all its all becoz of Graham, the mother of all Huang Bunnies.
that silly mother rabbit is unfamiliar with Chickpea and sees him as a danger to her babies.
so no choice, Chickpea has to live alone, either in char's room, or downstair in the backyard.

yay !
i finally won back some money at mahjong last night.
lenith is right !
it was finally my turn to make some killings.
heehee :)

anywae. the US dollar has dropped again.
there goes my investment :(
becoz of that, i had a nightmare last night.
i dreamt that the stock crashed and i lost my entire life's saving.
and to make things worst,
i dreamt of darren and jianhong gloating bout the profits they had made from the shares.
oh horrid, wad a terrible thing to dream of..
please dun ever happen :(

oh yar, did you know that cathay is giving free movie tickets?
yes they are, but not for free of course !
drink 3 small cartons or 1 big carton of peelfresh juice,
and use the empty carton to exchange for a movie ticket.
cool beans right?
i'm so going to buy peelfresh now !
cathay rocks !

mellow and i are so happy with our new watches,
we just cant stop taking pictures !

hee.

anywae, our watches have names !
hers is called goldilocks, and mine's silver surfer.
very lame indeed, i know !

after eating yummay KFC, we went to watch movie todae !
we caught the show, Vacancy !

hmm, quite scary indeed.
my heart was pumping at like 120beats per min.
haii, i think i'm too old for such thrillers,
my heart is not strong enough to pump so fast for so long !!
very tiring, very painful :(

ok, going to the gym now !

i went shopping with mellow todae !
and wad a good dae indeed !

oh, i love my new fossil watch so !

my love for fossil started when i got to know tianqin in sec1,
she loved fossil boxes !
she would usually buy fossil watches just for the cute little boxes.
sometimes, she would buy the fossil watch, give it awae and keep the box !
and thats how i got to know bout fossil watches and their cutesie boxes.

and after 9 years of knowing her,
i'm glad to announce that i've a total of 9 fossil watches.
hahahaha.
one watch for every year that i've known her for !
oh, i miss tianqin so !

anywae, the above pics doesnt do my watch justice,
so here's how it looks like !

i got myself the silver one thou i really liked the gold one too.
mellow got the gold one coz it looked much nicer on her.
but silver rocks ok !
and becoz we bought 2 watches together,
the shopkeeper gave us a 20% discount instead of the usual 10% for new models :)
heehee, wad a good deal !

after our good buys, the happy duo went shopping !
and guess wad !
dorothy perkins is having a 50% storewide sales !!
i got a pair of skinnys for $33, instead of the usual $73.
i'm going to dorothy perkins again tom !

later, we went to plaza singapura to meet laurene after her movie.
and wad a pleasant surprise !
she got herself a new watch too !!!
and of couse, the 3 happy girls couldnt contain our urge to photowhore !
and so, we took many pics of us and our new watches !!

yay !

anywae, we bumped into utt todae.
hmm, he's like my height.
oh, not very tall indeed !

i cut my nails todae.
yay :)

i visited the mortuary todae, its really quite scary.
the mortuary typically sees people within 24hours of their death.
and so you can imagine, the corpses on the autopsy table are very fresh.
its really scary, coz they dun look dead at all.
they dun look blue and cyanotic or like wadeva we imagined it to be.
they just look like they're lying on the autopsy table, sleeping.

there was a viewing gallery for us to watch the doctors perform autopsy.
scary !
they cut up and removed all organs possible.
and then, they have to slice up every organ to look out for any underlying pathology.
i've seen alot of blood being lost during operations before,
but this, this is really bloody and horribly scary :(

hmm, shud i scrub in tomorrow?
i scared !

we're going to the subordinate courts tomorrow!
so eggciting !!

char came over to collect some carrots and guavas for her hungry lops,
she also took the chance to visit my clean and cutesie bunnies.
we bought them up to my room !

oh, wad cutesie bunnies i have !

anywae, i've noticed something !
did char shrink or are the bunnies getting bigger !

the mahjong marathon has ended !
this weekend, i played mahjong from 9pm to 7am.
no, its not normal tong siao mahjong,
thats mahjong from 9pm on fridae evening to 7am sundae morning.
insane right?

my parents think so too.
they ask, " is the M in the MBBS stand for Mahjong?"

i played with jiayang, lenith and victor on fridae night.
i had negative winning.
when i woke up the next afternoon,
xuel msg, "shall we play mahjong?"
and so weng, ryan and xuel came over for mahjong.
again, more negative winnings.
and after they left, i played with rongs, mellow and keiji.
terrible, they slaughtered me !
and so, even more negative winning.

this is terrible !
the moral of the story, red underwear dun work for me :(

while i was getting slaughtered at mahjong last night,
my mum attended a really special party !
it was held by the RGS alumni.
they held a mass 50th birthdae party for the girls who graduated in 1973 !
its really cute,
it was held in some nice hotel and was a rather big event.
so nice and sweet!

ok, i'm so planning that when i turn 50 !
all the st nicks girls must attend ok !
yay !

its exactly 1week since i got back from hong kong,
i did a recap on wad i did the entire week.
its amazing,
i managed to indulge in all my favourite activites in 7daes !

in 7daes, i managed to..
4 x drink bubble tea
3 x eat hokkien mee
3 x watch movie/plays
3 x play tong-siao mahjong
3 x meet my favourite st nicks girls
2 x visit bunnies at char's house
2 x meet up with ghim moh girls
2 x have stingray & ching teng supper at adam road
1 x chicken rice
1 x lunch at st nicks
1 x dinner at sushi tei
1 x dinner at crystal jade

hohohoh.
how did i managed so many meals?
thats by eating double dinners and lunches !

they found it okay,

i surfed friendster todae,
mellow told me bout my ex-neighbour.
she was a butch, 2years older than me.
now, she's a pretty long hair lady with a 1year child.
so shocking !

blogger is fucking pisting me off :(
one whole entry got screwed up so had to redo it.
argh.

ever since i came back from hong kong,
i've been going out non-stop with friends.
i cant help it becoz everyone's back !

and its really bad becoz i've been neglecting my studies alot.
i think its really hard to settle down now.
everyone's back, and i wanna spend as much time with them before they leave again.

and in school, becoz we're doing short posting now,
everyone's so slack and happy.
i get invitations to play mahjong almost everydae !!
wad bad influence indeed !

so anywae, one of my closest st nicks fren is back from the UK !
she is valerie cheah !

we used to work quite closely together as the respective house captains.
we met up for dinner last night and took many many pics !

did you notice that all 3 of us are wearing blue !?!
heehee, so qiao right?
and we met up again for lunch at st nicks todae !
it was really fun reminiscing bout the old daes in st nicks.
oh yar, i was very pleased to know that val and i were the first non-cheerleader captains !hahahah.

anywae, todae was The Dim Sum Dollies, The History of Singapore.

i must say, this show is one of the best dim sum dollies performance i've ever watched !
really really good !
i totally enjoyed myself !
hohohohoh.
please go catch it if you're free k?
but its only till the 15th of this month !

so the evening started with a visit to char's house to see the naughty bunnies !

oh very smelly but cute indeed !!

and den off to blk 107 for my favourite hokkien mee !

oh yar, hokkien mee plus kickapoo = yummy yum yum :)

and on the wae to esplanade, we took many many pics.

this must be the PEAK of my fairness man !
i've never had so many people come up to me and tell me,
"wah you're so fair/white/rosy cheeks now"
rosy cheeks becoz when you're become so very fair,
the pimples on your cheeks appears redder than usual,
and therefore the rosy cheeks !

i wanna go to school, but i cant.
becoz my car-hogging brother went out in mr march.
he left his girlfriend's car at home but took the keys with him.
so smart, strand me at home.

i cant wait to meet wengo and present her with donuts later.
her favourite, original glazed from kripsy kreme.
i cant wait to go shopping in town/amk hub with mellow later !
i cant wait to meet my girls for val's farewell & laurene's welcome back dinner later.
oh, i cant wait for the car to come home so that i can go out :(

first dae of school was pretty good for me !
we had 3patho lectures and viewed millions of histo slides !
we even saw a blue-black breast sample !
the anterior part was stained blue and the posterior side was black.
so scary.
and we saw a long piece of large intestine.
weng went "yucks, looks and smell so gross"
and i was like "hmm, reminds me of kuay chap, yums :)"
ahahahha.

anywae, i met up with xuel after school to catch the Transformers !

we caught it at AMK Hub Cathay cinema !
yay !
cathay rocks !!
the cinema is super duper nice plus there's 12% off for UOB card holders :)
and the show was very good !!
oh, everyone must go watch ok?

anywae, last night the ghim moh girls went to support diana at her SMU production !
the play is called Lao Jiu (the ninth child), and diana played the mother of Lao Jiu.
she's really good.
i think she shud go into acting like her elder sister, michelle cheong.

oh yar, it was damn funny lah.
you know, diana and her sister really look super alike.
after the show, we wanted to present her with flowers,
i nearly shove the flowers into michelle cheong's face twice !!
hahahaha.
so paiseh.
