kerly has decided that a healthy heart = happy heart.
and so, i've decided to go back to the gym !
thats becoz to have a healthy heart,
one should exercise for at least 30mins, 4times a week !
oh healthy heart, here i come !

anywae, wengo asked me to join a 10km run !
its the great eastern, cervical cancer awareness fun run !
there's a participation fee of $35, but you get a nice adidas tee plus goodie bag !
too bad i refuse to pay money to run.
and also, like wad jianhong said,
"not aware of cervical cancer will get it, aware also will get.. so wad's the point ?"
hahahaha.
ok, let kerly the COFM queen-wannabe tell you this,
cervical cancer awareness = early detection = better chance of cure !
