i was starting to feel sian bout donating blood,
becoz got people tell me, "eh, your blood type is AB+ ! so useless !"
but after clerking this 2 siblings last week, i was inspired again !

this 2 siblings were diagnosed with thalassaemia intermedia,
and they require monthly blood transfusion, 2-4 pints of blood each time.
and guess wad !
both their blood types are AB+ !!
yay yay, i've finally found people who can actually use my blood !

and so todae, i went down to SGH to donate blood !
and i must say, i like the nurses there !
hee.

nurse1: lets see, shall we take 350ml or 400ml of blood?
kerly: hmm, anything.. i usually donate 450ml leh..
nurse1: really? but you look so slim.. are you sure you're heavy enough to donate so much??
kerly: hohohoh. so happy that you think i'm slim :D
yes indeed, it must be the short hair and new tanned look !

nurse2: so girl, you are schooling now right?
kerly: yupp, i'm in university now..
nurse2: wah, really? i thot you're like 17 or 18 years old..
kerly: hahaha, no lah.. i'm 22 years old this year.
nurse2: wah, you look very young leh..
hohohohoh, yes indeed, it must be the short hair and tanned skin !

anywae, SGH has new stressballs !
i got a pumpkin head when i donated around halloween last year,
this time, i got a cute stressball that looks like a pint of blood.so cute right !

ok everyone, we should all go and donate blood too !
