and the story of the star-shaped strawberry cheesecake continues !

todae, we transformed the round cheesecake into a star !

first, char used her powerful hands and pushed the cheesecake out of the mould !

oh, and i'm very pleased that the cheesecake turned out very pretty :)

next, to wrap our star-shaped paper with aluminium foil,

so that we can place it on the cake to cut out the star shape !

yes indeed, cutting the aluminium foil to shape is serious business !

next, place the star-shaped foil on the cake and cut it up !

and lovely birds in the sky,

we have pretty pretty star-shaped cheesecake !

and alot of leftover sides..

yay !
