what a fun morning at training todae !!

havent trained since i got back from the hong kong tournie,
and it just feels so good to play badminton all over again.
plus my favourite team mates were very nice to me too.
hee.

they told my coach that i was coming for training this morning,
my coach was so eggcited,
she gave me a morning call to remind me to come for training.
so cute right !

i was late because i had to run some errands at NUH first,
and my coach made the juniors call to remind me to come down.
hahahaah.
suddenly feel so wanted by her lor.

this is how they show their love.

kerly: HELLO EVERYBODY !!
coach: hello what hello ! quick go change lah.
chey.

junior1: hey, you lost weight !! your legs look skinnier !
kerly: really? yay yay ! so happy :)
junior2: so happy for what?
junior2: your legs are skinnier lah, but your face is fatter and got more pimples now.
chey.

anywae, it was totally fun embarrasing myself on court todae.
totally missed a few easy shots which got the team laughing like crazy.
and my evil coach made us do footwork todae.

kerly: wah lao, footwork damn tiring leh.
kerly: thankgoodness i dun train with you guys anymore..
kerly: dun have to go thru with this shit every week.
junior3: actually, this is the first time we're doing this leh.
junior3: coach specially arranged this because she knew you were coming back.
coach: shiok or not? specially arrange this to torture you leh.
coach: fun not?

at least she made up for it by bringing us out for yummy lunch.
junior4: coach never bring us out for lunch since you left.
junior4: she really loves you lor.
hee.

yes indeed,
i miss badminton, and i miss being pampered by my coach.
hee :)

thank goodness i stopped playing badminton when i was still pretty good,
and so everyone still thinks that i can play well.
i even got an indecent proposal.

and i think i really miss my ivp girls.
i admit i'm biased and have a few favourite juniors..
and i cant help but agree to go back for training becoz they asked me to.

i've decided to go back to join them for training,
since i'm so free and bored these days.

hai zi said she cant wait to see me back at training,
so that she can see me get tortured by lai jiao lian..
she's so horrid.
so, in order not to malu myself in front of the juniors,
i've decided to go zhng my stamina first !

yes indeed, i'm pretty darn good at this let's waste time business.
i woke up early to study todae..
its been 4hours since i woke up, and i still havent touched the notes.

anywae, i was bored while studying for the O&G tests,
so i decided to do something bout my old and scratched-up camera.
i went to sandpaper my camera !!
hah !

its actually 2years old only.
but because i throw it around all the time,
the edges of the camera is all scratched up and ugly.
everyone keeps telling me how old and ugly my camera is.
how horrid of them.

but i think its pretty darn cool to owe a stainless steel camera.

i really do like this bestfriends/familyfriends thing.

i really like the fact that char is not only close to me,
but she knows my whole family inside out too.
and she doesnt only know them just because i tell her bout them,
my whole family loves her many many too !
she buys my mum her favourite almond gold (to bootlick, of course)
and talks alot to my dad, goes girly shopping with my sister,
and alwaes entertain my boliao brother on msn.
and everyone's really happy to see her whenever she visits.

me on the other hand,
not very good at bootlicking, very scared of the Ng parents..
knew sister Ng (aka rachel ng) since primary school,
she was my SNBT senior, den became my RJ senior,
SRC rugby senior for awhile, NUS IVP senior, Eusoff Hall senior etc..
but also still very scared of her because of her coolbeans black face.
and occassionally play computer games with brother Ng only.

but anywae, i went over to char's place yesterdae..
and ended up spending quite a fun afternoon with the Ng sisters.
heehee.
just like how char would come over to spend time with kermin and i.

i was supposed to go over to bathe the buns,
but sickening char sent dennis out to buy honkie dollar, so we couldnt.
rachel was on her wae out to the supermarket,
and you know how much char and i love supermarketting !!
and so we tagged along.

and because we couldnt bathe the bunnies,
char and i ended up assisting rachel with her creation of a mango panacotta.
yes indeed, we made mango panacotta yesterdae !
i wanted to stay to try our creation,
but because i had a party at my house, i had to go home earlier.
in the end, rachel drove over last night, to give me one cup !
yay, so nice !!

yay !
i'm so happy that i'm also becoming a good friend of the Ng family.

anywae, rachel told me this.
i think its really funny.

rachel, char and i have a mutual friend called nick.
i think nick reads my blog.
so anywae, rachel met up with nick one day.

nick: hey, i read bout the giant hamsters that char got.
rachel: really?
nick: yar, saw your picture too.
nick: how come you were at char's house that night?
rachel: erm.. because i'm her sister and i live there too !
nick: oops, HAHAHAHAH !

i've decided that raisin looks best as the santa bun !

thats because he's more plumpish, like a santa man :)

oh, i cannot wait to see graham and tissue in their santa hats too !!

i went to the gym todae,
and almost died after 1hour of exercise.
yes indeed, i'm super cui now :(

4month ago, i ran 5km at least 4times aweek..
and i'll feel so good after that..
sometime, i'll even feel like running more..

todae, i barely made it to 2km :(
my heart was pumping like crazy and i was breathing so hard.
this is terrible.
at least the upper abdominal exercises were ok.

den i tried the free weights.
for first few sets of biceps and triceps exercises,
i did 12 per set, den it went down to 10.. den to 8..
and den heck lah, i dun wanna do anymore..
so demoralising.

this is not good !
i'm going to the gym to up my standard tom !
hmpf !

ps: the sun sucks.

i was supposed to wake up early to study,
but ended switching off my alarm in the morning so that i can sleep in.
and now that i'm awake, i just refuse to get offline and start studying..
super duper sian lah.

anywae, my 1.5 day diet plan worked !
i managed to squeeze into my new jeans yesterdae !
hahahaha.

this was what i eat for the entire day.
breakfast - a bowl of sweet sweet mangoes.

lunch - coconut juice.

dinner - a plate of sliced oranges with sour plum power !

very healthy hor..

thats why can squeeze into my jeans lah..

yar right !

if only i could eat those fruits for all 3 meals and be full,

den i can become JIANHONG II !!

those fruits were replacement for the snacks i usually have in the afternoon !

heehee.

but yar, after i managed to squeeze into my jeans,

i was so happy,

i asked mellow and laurene out for yumcha buffet !

we ate so much that i ended up puking out my dessert when i got home.

so sad hor.

eat so full until felt damn nausea while driving home, den ended up puking.

so horrid.

please remind me not to go for buffet again.

oh yes, Prince came over to visit us a few days back..

he is kermin's friend's golden retriever !

i must say that he's a cutesom.

very handsome and very guai !!

and he's a star too !!

he acted in chittychittybangbang !!

so cute and handsome hor.

Prince was super attracted to the bunnies in the backyard,

i was worried that he would attack the buns so had to close the gate..
Prince kept staring at the buns, which made raisin go beserk !

but daring cookie hopped close to the gate and had a staring match with Prince.
can you see cookie behind the blue thingie ??

Prince ended up spending his time resting in the courtyard, watching the frightened buns.

very cute indeed !!

my parents are damn funny !!

this afternoon, i went for lunch with them.

my dad gave my mum $6 for lunch, and gave me $50.

mummy: why your papa give you $50, den only give me $6 for lunch?

kerliang: dunno lah, why so calculative? i only spend $3.50 in the end wad.

mummy: yar i know lah.. your father loves you more than me..

mummy: damn shit one lah, that man.

kerliang: please lah, he gave me $50 to help him break change.

den my papa bought his food and came back.

mummy: why you so biased one?

mummy: give kerliang so much money for lunch, den give me $6 only.

papa: because i know you wanna eat popiah only wad.. $2plus only right?

mummy: den give kerliang so much money for what?

papa: i dunno what she's going to eat what, later she order chilli crab den no money, how?

the two of them are really damn nonsense one lah,

who eats chilli crab for lunch, esp at a hawker centre?

mummy: i went to the polyclinic for health check-up todae.

kerliang: den how? got any problem?

mummy: wah, i tell you.. dun ever be a polyclinic doctor, ok!

kerliang: hahaha, why leh?

mummy: polyclinic doctors are damn unprofessional lah.

kerliang: huh really? why leh?

mummy: do check-up touch my breasts never mind..

mummy: den still must poke people's backside.. why ah?

mummy: why like that ah? so terrible leh.. so unprofessional.

oh my goodness !!

this picture is exactly what i've become after months of staying home to study.

think i better start gymming and tanning soon..

the lawyer's letter came yesterdae..

and i must say..

the outcome of the car accident, at the start of this year, is pretty good.

thankgoodness my dad bought me a personal insurance,

and so my insurance company sued the other driver..

and altogether, with the car and personal health insurance money,

minus the $10k+ of damages, lawyer's bill, and hospital bill..

my family made a small profit !!

hee :)

mummy managed to get herself a new car colour,

plus extended use for 4 more years..

all forFREE !

and me,

after going thru some shock and getting an ugly abrasion scar..

i get to keep the extra money we received.

yay yay !

todae, mellow and i went to meet laurene's new boyfriend.
and we both decided that we like him very much.
he's super nice to laurene and very gentlemanly :)

sickening laurene told me to get attached soon,
so that the three of us can go a triple date next time..
if not, the next time we go out,
i'll be the bulblight with the two couples :(

anywae, being very protective of our dear laurene.
we had a checklist that daniel had to fulfil,
and we were very pleased that he passed with flying colours.
esp, the sushi tei criteria !

oh yes, i must say that i was very pleased to know that he loves sushi tei too !
and like us, he thinks that sakae sushi = sucky sushi !

you know, after we decided to eat at sushi tei,
like how we alwaes do whenever we meet up..
daniel called up the restaurant to reserve seats for us.
so nice right ?

and right after we sat down,
i said, "i know what i wanna eat already !!"
mellow and laurene said "me too !!",
i was half expecting daniel to flip thru the menu..
but he called the waiter over to place our orders immediately,
thats because he also knew what he wanted to eat already !
its amazing !

hah.

you know, everytime we're at sushi tei,
i'll order my favourite special unagi roll,
mellow will order her crabmeat salad with the special sushi tei dressing,
laurene will order her seafood salad with waraku dressing,
and we'll order the tempura squid to share...
and according to laurene..
like us, daniel will alwaes order the same dish too.
hahahaha.
so very good indeed, we all love sushi tei :)

i think it was damn funny,
because daniel was damn amazed that the three of us were so close.
mellow and i have the same watch !
laurene, mellow and i have the same bag..
mine's white, both of their are black and they both used it todae.
and we all love honey milk tea with pearls :)
hohohoho.
we are very close friends indeed :D

oh yar, mango's having 50% storewide sales now.
i bought that pair of jeans that i've been eyeing for a million years.
rem, the pair that was just nice for me at first..
but when i tried it on 2months later, it was freaking tight !
but yes, i still bought it anywae..

so from now on, i'm going on a diet..
i must lose all my tummy fats so that i can squeeze into that pair of jeans..
hahahaa.

ruisheng just posted pictures of the tournie trip to KL,
they just came back a few days ago, the trip looked so fun..
and i must say, i really miss playing badminton :(
so sad that i couldnt go because i quit IVP already.
haii, sad lah..
even if i dint quit, also cannot go because of O&G tests :(

wah, i'm missing badminton and growing fat..
all because i've become a full-time nerd.
whole day study, study, study !!
what a sad life indeed :(

hohohohoh.
i just came home from swimming,
swimming at night is damn shiok man !

went to laurene's house for midnight swim.
the water was damn cold,
so we had to swim non-stop to maintain body heat.
ended up having a super good workout !!

we had a wonderful time swimming and talking cock,
as usual, laurene is super heelarious !!
and she brought back alot of goodies from korea too !!

oh yar, i must say..
the hong kong noodles at her place is damn good..
next time, bring you there ok?

and i also had 2 rounds of mahjong at don's house before meeting laruene..
lost money but still damn shiok lah !
feels like all my exams over already !!
hee.

and the best thing is..
i managed to talk to all my long-lost friends :)
hahahha..
as in, those friends that i havent met up or talk to, in a very long while..
like mimilimbobo, marshmellow, etc..
all because we've been busy studying :(
argh..

yay !!
the OCSES is finally over !!
its like the first part of the O&G test only,
but it feels like i've finished all my O&G tests already !!
hahahaha.

this time, the stations were pretty fair,
no super killer stations with awkward silence..
i think i did pretty terribly for quite a few stations, kena prompted alot..
but i think overall its okae lah, so hope can pass..

still got neonate, OSSES and essay paper..
but dun care..
i'm going to give myself a break todae :)
and go out to play !!

anywae, kermin and i went out to buy coconut last night..
and i must say that either my luck is terrible,
or that the amk ave4 carpark is bloody dangerous !!
nearly kena accident twice along the same stretch of parking lots.

first, when driving into the carpark..
there was a taxi that was reversing into a lot..
after waiting for his car to enter the lot nicely,
i thot that he's done, so i started to inch forward,
next thing i knew, his car zoomed forward again.
he didnt just inch forward, but its like the throw-clutch kinda fly forward,
very sudden, very quickly.
lucky i jammed the brakes in time, and no accident happened.
kermin was damn freaked out, she screamed and even covered her face !

den on the wae out of the carpark,
driving along the same stretch of road,
a parked car suddenly zoomed out of his lot, switching on his headlights at the same time.
again, both cars jammed brakes in time and avoided a collision.
this time, kermin screamed even loudly and covered her face at the same time.

both incidents happened on the passenger's side,
thats why kermin was so freaked out both times.
she even sweared that she never wanted to drive ever !
poor girl..

these people are mad lah!!
if the 2nd car had switched on his headlights first,
i would have been more aware..
plus, these people seem to have some sort of neuropathy in their foot,
how come they dunno how to inch out slowly,
and like to zoom out of the lot, so quickly and suddenly?
really terrible, so scary.

and suayness upon suayness,
after parking my car, i wanted to lock the door,
but the door lock was a little faulty,
i twisted the key so hard until it broke into two.

so in the end, becoz of the broken key, cannot drive home..
so kena stranded in the carpark for 15mins, with coconuts in the backseats,
waiting for the parents to rescue us with the spare key.

what a suay night indeed !!

studying at home with the buns is indeed too distracting !!
todae, i took many pictures of the brolly buns :)

as you know, its been raining really heavily these days,
judy would usually leave the wet umbrelle out, in the backyard, to dry.
and cutesie buns simply love hiding under the brolly !!
