i think its super duper funny.

jiayang was going to have tutorial with dr VANAJA,
classmateA wanted to join their tutorial session.

classmateA: hi dr VAGINA, can i join you for tutorial todae?
dr vanaja: *horrified expression*
dr vanaja: hmm, althou i specialise in obstetric & gynaecology..
dr vanaja: you dun have to associated with me with vaginas, you know..
dr vanaja: i'm VANAJA, not vagina.

dr vanaja: ok, please present your case to me
classmateB: my patient is a 30 year old malay lady, Gravida 0 Para 5.
dr vanaja: what? G0,P5?? is that even possible?
dr vanaja: *roll eyeballs*

dr vanaja: this patient presents with primary amenorrhoea,
dr vanaja: what will you look out for during a physical examination.
classmateC: hmm, i'm palpate for an enlarged uterus, in case of pregnancy
dr vanaja: *faint* she is PRIMARY amenorrhoea !!

dr vanaja: this patient presents with abnormal vaginal bleeding,
dr vanaja: please take a history from her.
classmateD: hi madam XXX, do you have anything funny in your body?
dr vanaja: erm, is that how you usually clerk patients?

hohohoohh..
i think jiayang's tutorial group is damn funny !!
