graham update !

i accompanied char and graham to the vet,
and i'm very pleased to know that her cornea has 99.9% healed.
we did the fluorescene plus blue light test on her cornea,
and the large area of abraded cornea, which stained green previously, is now gone !
only left with little specks of green dots which will recover in time.

the vet also gave us a little lecture on the importance of regular screening.
she advised that we shud neuter graham - removes her ovaries,
because there was high risk of her developing ovarian cancer.
in fact, a large proportion of female rabbits die of ovarian cancer.

we have decided that..
graham will start going for an annual abdo/pelvic ultrasound,
when she turns 4 year old.
thats considered middle age for rabbits.

i think rabbits age x10 faster than human.
oh yes, it does explain cookie's and raisin's destructive behaviour lately.
1.7 years old = 17 years old
no wonder they're so naughty and disobedient these days !

and during thedoctor's consultant,
i felt so smart because i understood everything the vet said.
everything from the different types of screening tools,
to complications and treatment options for ovarian cancer.
oh, rabbit madicine is almost exactly like human medicine.

anywae, in case i get scolded for not studying.
i had to accompany char and graham,
because silly char booked an appointment for graham,
only to find out that she did not have a car for the day.

the night before..
char: kerly, can i borrow a car tm? to bring graham to the vet.
kerly: ok, but i cant go over to fetch you there tm.
kerly: you must come over and collect it yourself.
kerly: i need to study.
char: oh yar, in that case, i'll just take bus with graham to the vet.
kerly: huh? ok lah, i'll come and fetch you tm.
char: wah, you're so nice.
char: if you dun wanna waste time, you can drop us off at the vet,
char: and we'll take bus home on our own after the appointment.
kerly: no lah, i'll accompany you guys all the way.
char: yay ! you're so nice.
kerly: ahhahaa. its not about you. you can take bus home for all i care.
kerly: its graham i'm worried about.. dun wann let my honey bun to take bus home.
char: you're so horrid, i hate you.
