yay !

i just received my award.
todae's training was a killer.
actually, its more like badminton re-training.
its really hard to pick up new methods of play,
especially since you've been playing a paticular style for more than 1o years.

plus i'm old and slow.
both physically and mentally.
my coach got so fed trying to teach me the new style of play todae.
hahahaha.

but training was still damn fun.

I LOVE BADMINTON !
