2. you request for a translator but no one else can speak either language.
3. the tutor gives you a new case - a deaf patient.
4. you end up having to ask her questions via paper and pen.
5. unfortunately, you dunno how to write many medical terms in chinese.
6. so you die for long case presentation.
7. tutor gives you a chance by having discussion with you.
8. turns out, patient had scleroderma.
9. topic was - complications of scleroderma.
10. i totally died.
